EEtalk ("we", "the app") is a communication app that lets you message and make voice/video calls with friends you have added. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf (cloud hosting, push notification delivery, and the AI model provider that processes messages you explicitly send to the AI assistant). Content you send to other users is delivered to those users.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or via our account deletion page. Deleting your account anonymizes your profile, disables login, and releases your phone number for reuse.
EEtalk is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required by their local law.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Voice and video calls use encrypted WebRTC transport.

EEtalk（“我们”“本应用”）是一款即时通讯应用，供你与已添加的好友收发消息、进行语音/视频通话。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为何收集，以及你的选择。
我们不会出售你的个人数据。仅与代表我们运营服务的基础设施提供商共享（云主机、推送服务，以及处理你主动发送给 AI 助理消息的 AI 模型提供商）。你发送给其他用户的内容会投递给相应用户。
账号有效期间我们会保留你的数据。你可随时在应用内 设置 → 注销账号 删除账号，或通过账号注销页面操作。注销将匿名化你的资料、封禁登录，并释放你的手机号以供重新注册。
EEtalk 分级为 17+，非面向儿童。我们不会在明知的情况下收集低于当地法律规定年龄用户的数据。
应用与服务器之间的流量在传输中加密（HTTPS/TLS）。语音视频通话采用加密的 WebRTC 传输。
