You must be at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use EEtalk. You register with a valid phone number, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
EEtalk has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to use the app to:
You can report abusive users, groups, or messages, and block any user, directly inside the app. We review reports and act on violating content and accounts, typically within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending or terminating offending accounts.
You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant us the limited right to transmit and store it solely to operate the service (deliver messages, sync your devices).
The in-app AI assistant generates responses automatically and may contain errors. It is provided for convenience and is not professional advice.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
